STEP 1:

Preheat oven to 200C

STEP 2:

Roll pastry into rectangle

STEP 3:

Prick pastry and place on baking paper on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes

STEP 4:

Take out of oven and spread tomato puree

STEP 5:

Sprinkle the grated cheese on top and add pepperoni

STEP 6:

Beat the egg and brush pastry edges

STEP 7:

Place back in oven for 10-15 minutes
