Ingredients

  • 410g canned chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
  • 100g light cream cheese
  • Grated zest and juice of half a lemon
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • Handful of fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Place chickpeas, cream cheese, lemon zest and juice and garlic in a food processor. Process until smooth. Add black pepper and mint and process in short bursts until mint i chopped. Eat!
