Ingredients
- 410g canned chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- 100g light cream cheese
- Grated zest and juice of half a lemon
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- Handful of fresh mint leaves
Instructions
Place chickpeas, cream cheese, lemon zest and juice and garlic in a food processor. Process until smooth. Add black pepper and mint and process in short bursts until mint i chopped. Eat!
