Ingredients: 4oz butter; 4oz sugar; 4oz self raising flour; 2 eggs; pinch of icing sugar; pinch of baking powder; icing sugar to finish and decorate.

Ingredients

4oz butter
4oz sugar
4oz self raising flour
2 eggs
pinch of icing sugar
pinch of baking powder
icing sugar to finish and decorate.

Instructions

STEP 1:

butter

sugar

1.Add butter & sugar in bowl and mix.

STEP 2:

baking powder

flour

2. Sieve flour & baking powder in.

STEP 3:

eggs

3. Then add eggs.

STEP 4:

cream

4.Mix all together till creamy and thick.

STEP 5:

5. Pour into a tin.

STEP 6:

6. Bake at gas mark 4 for 20ish minutes or till it springs back up when touched.

STEP 7:

7. Leave to cool.

STEP 8:

sugar

8. Dust with icing sugar to finish
