A Berry Oaty Smoothie

Perfect for a on-the-go breaky! quick, filling and healthy!



  • 3/4 cup mixed berries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup low fat milk
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey (to taste)
  • this will make roughly 16oz.


1. Soak the rolled oats in hot water for a couple of minutes. This will allow for the oats to be digested more easily.

2. Add everything into the blender - dry ingredients first (or wet ingredients first if using an drink bottle blender)

3. Drink up and enjoy!
