Apple Slaw

A lighter, fruity version of a family fave!



  • 2 apples, cored and sliced thinly
  • 2tbsp lemon juice
  • 6tbsp Light Mayonaise
  • 6tbsp Greek Style yogurt
  • 1tbsp Mustard
  • 1tbsp Clear Honey
  • 200g White Cabbage, Shredded
  • 175g Carrots, coarsely grated
  • 2 sticks celery, thinly sliced
  • 1 small red onion, chopped


1) Tossthe apples in the lemon juice, then set them aside.

2) Mix the mayonnaise with the Greek style yogurt, mustard and honey, season to taste.

3)Stir in the cabbage, carrots, celery and onion.

4) Drain the lemon juice off the apples and discard, then fold into salad!
