  • 2-3x Onions

  • Pack of bacon ( Streaky or what ever you want) you do need about 8 rashers
  • U Shaped Mattersons Sausage ( Any flavor you want)
  • Ilike to add sum dried chilli to it to add abit of a kick

Cook bacon in frying pan or under grill ( Under grill better less fat)

Chop U shaped sausage into half so you should have to u shaped sizes chop again in half then chop into pieces not to big

Fry onions in frying pan with garlic

Cook beans in microwave or on hob

Same with the chopped tinned tomatoes

Once everything is cooked get either a really big bowl or cassorole dish add everything together in dish and cook off in oven for 20-25 mins and you will have the best baked bean cassorole ever!!!!!!!!!!!! it doesnt take long and it is soooo nice you will not be disappointed

about 180 did well for me :) ... I just normal cheap sausages browned off and cut into chunks, very tasty and filling. but the better the sausage the better the dish.. oh and a knob of butter melted in the beans.. also nice with grated cheese on top :)
