Banana Cakes

Ingredients

  • Makes 3 - 4 cakes, depending on size.
  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • butter
  • a pinch of salt
  • optional: fresh fruit, cinnamon, condensed milk, maple syrup, jam, honey

Method

1. Mash banana in a bowl

2. Mix in eggs and a pinch of salt

3. Place a small frying pan and warm it to medium/high temperature

4. Add a small spoonful of butter to the pan, wait until it is sizzling

5. Pour liquid on the pan into ideal sizes

6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 until the liquid is all used up

7. (optional) add fresh fruit or any of the optional ingredients, but it tastes quite good on its own
