Creamy Garlic Mushrooms

easy easy easy !!



  • Garlic
  • Mushrooms
  • cream ( or creme fresh if you want it low fat)
  • toast


Chop the musrooms and add the a hot pan

after a few minutes and the garlic (v finally chopped)

when the musrooms and garlic are cooked and the cream ad heat through

put on the toast and serve

    A brilliant tip I learnt with garlic that can be used in this recipe and almost any others with garlic in involves: Peeling your garlic, cut into thin slices, then tiny squares, add a pinch of salt for abrasion, and bash with the flat side of your knife to create a perfect paste. Mixes and distributes flavour perfectly.

    Can't wait to try this, so simple! Might use a cheese sauce instead of cream, though!

    If you,ve got any add a dash of brandy when the mushrooms are nearly cooked,it's good.

    Just enough to coat the mushrooms, or if mixing with pasta add a nob of butter and a lil more cream and add some crunchy bacon pieces YUM :)

    u could also add this to cooked pasta, would make a lovely sauce

    how much of everything? i guess the mushroom and garlic is maybe personal perference but how much cream?
