1. Preheat oven to 180°C/gas mark 4. Grease a 28cmx18cm baking tin and line with baking parchment.
2. Place vitalite and sugar in bowl and microwave for 1 min until melted.
3. Then add the oats
4. Then the golden syrup
5. Stir it all together
6. Put it in a tin and then into the oven for 25 mins
