Put the flour, salt and yeast in a bowl and mix together.
Make a well in the flour.
Pour the warm water and olive oil into the well.
Put some more flour on a work surface to stop dough sticking.
Knead dough together for 5 minutes, the dough will be very sticky for a while but will turn soft and elastic after it's been kneaded for a while.
Roll the dough out to roughly the right size for what you want, try to make it about an inch too wide so you can fold the edges over to stop the sauce running off in the oven.
Put some sauce on the base and spread it evenly.
Sprinkle your chosen toppings on then throw in the oven medium-high heat for about 15 minutes.
