Eggy Roll

Ingredients

  • Egg
  • flour
  • oil (2 tablespoon
  • onion(slice)
  • garlic (slice)
  • tomatoes 4-5
  • turmeric
  • chilli powder
  • water

Method

1. Make a dough of water and flour

2. Heat oil in tava. Make a chapatti

3. In a kadai heat the left over oil

4. Fry onion, garlic,tomatoes

5. Then give turmeric and chilli powder

6. Stir it well

7. Then broke the eggs and srambble it!

8. Off the frame

9. Take the chapatti, fill it with egg stuffing

10. Roll it

11. Enjoy
