Extra Tasty Scrambled Eggs

Scrambled eggs on toast / Serves: 1 / Nutritional info: Around 350 kcal

Ingredients

  • Two eggs
  • Lighter Cheese triangle
  • 1 kcal spray
  • 2 slices of medium wholemeal bread

Method

Heat up the 2 kcal spray

Beat the eggs together and add to the pan

Lower the heat so it doesn't cook too quickly

As the eggs start to cook put two slices of bread in the toaster

As you are stirring the eggs add the cheese triangle

When the toast and eggs are ready just serve!

Quick and easy (buttering the bread is optional)
