French Toast (Eggy Bread)

Great in the morning, or to wake someone else up!



  • *-* Required *-*
  • 2 slices of bread, white or brown ( i prefer white)
  • 2 eggs
  • Sunflower oil
  • Salt + pepper if you want!


Put a pan on the hob and put some sunflower oil in.

Crack the eggs into a bowl then whisk them with a fork until you see some small bubbles, it should all be yellow/orange.

Turn on the hob.

(Add a pinch of salt and pepper at this time if you want, right into the egg)

Take one slice of bread and dip it into the egg, do the same with the other side. make sure you get the bread completely covered. do the same with the second slice.

Chuck one slice of the bread into the pan, wait, then turn over. until the bread is crisping. then take it out and put it on a plate or something. do the same with the other piece.
