Fried Bread, Beans And Toms

easy cheap and filling!



  • sliced bread - as many as you want i tend to use two
  • beans - i use left overs (i always tend to have some)
  • canned toms - just to bulk it out
  • then oil or any kind just enough to cover the bottom of a pan or one of those one cal sprays.


put your beans and toms into a saucepan and heat genitally.

put oil in a pan heat until surface is simmering not too hot otherwise the hole place might go up! then put the bread in and fry until golden brown on each side, i would add oil each time you do a slice of bread depending on how you like the taste.

then finally plate up! and tuck in!
