Garlic Fried Rice

Perfect one pan meal when you have leftover rice / Serves: 2


  • rice - according to your consumption
  • 8 cloves of garlic - finely chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of salted butter


1) Heat pan and melt butter

2) Toss garlic in pan until slightly golden brown

3) Pour your rice in and give it a good mix

4) Season with some salt and pepper

** I won't use alot of salt as this recipe uses salted butter, but adjust salt according to your own preference**

5) Serve with 2 sunny side up eggs for a complete meal!

** I personally love to eat sunny side eggs hence the recipe. you can also change it up abit by stir frying the egg with rice**
