Healthy Nutty Banana Milkshake

Great breakfast for when your running late

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1 tbsp honey or golden syrup
  • 250ml semi/skimmed milk
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or handful chopped nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts)
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon

Method

Very easy and simple - mix all the ingredients together in a jug with a whisk to ensure everything is incorporated!
