(1) Rinse the spud under cold water to get rid of any mud or pesitcides, then dry.
(2) Place in the microwave for 4-5 mins on full power depending on the size of the spud because it may need longer. Then turn over the spud and place it back in the microwave for the time stated above.
(3) While the spud is cooking prepare the salad and the tuna, drain the the tinned tuna, and mix with good dollups of mayonaise.
(4) Serve your spud with butter, and a tunna topping and salad, enjoy :)
