Preheat oven to 220 degrees.
Unroll pack of puff pastry and cut into 9 squares.
Place 1tbsp on each and fold in half diagonally.
Make a slit in top of each triangle and chill until firm.
Brush with beaten egg and bake for 15-20mins.
Dust with icing sugar and serve with strawberries, if you want (:
