For those of us who can't be bothered to boil

Ingredients

  • veg of your choice
  • water
  • salt
  • cheese (optional)

Method

Put a little water in the bottom of a bowl and salt it.

put veg in bowl and a lid covering about half the bowl.

Microwave till soft or until all the water's gone.

(optional) At this point I like to put a little grated cheese on my veggies and microwave them for 30 seconds, Mmmm

    It's just an easier, quicker way of cooking vegetables than boiling or frying. Also helps for university students who live in accommodation with only a microwave
