crack eggs and wisk until all orangy, put in pan on low heat but make sure you put a little bit of butter in before you do this.
Whilst you are waiting for it to cook you can prepare you other ingrediants,
1) chop the mushrooms and the onions up.
2)cook the mushrooms and onions seperatly and let them cook.
Now you can get onto preparing you salad, first cut up your ingrediants and wash them, place them on a CLEAN plate at the side.
By now your ommlette should be slighty brown so this means you ommlette is ready, place you ommlette on this opposite side of your salad and now you can place the mushrooms and onions on top.
Now its time to ENGOY!!!
