Tasty Poached eggs with no time cleaning a pan
* Get some microwaveable clingfilm and a cup
* Push the cling film into the cup, and crack the egg into the cling film
* tie the clingfilm around the top of the egg,
* Drop egg in clingfilm into boiling water, and leave in for 6 minutes (runny) 8 minutes (hard).
great with toast n butter and wat ever sauce you like your eggs with
