Simple Omelette

Yummy! Lovely for breakfast. :)



  • Eggs, peppers, mushrooms, salt, tomatoes, cheese, chicken and butter/olive oil.


1) Use three eggs and mix them up in a bowl.

2) Heat the pan and put butter/olive oil in it. Pour the two-thirds of the egg in.

3) Then, sprinkle: diced peppers, diced mushrooms, diced tomatoes, grated cheese and shredded chicken.

4) Add salt to taste.

5) Then pour the remaining one-third of the egg over the omelette in the pan. Let it cook for a while.

6) Enjoy!
