Finely dice the quarter of a carrot.
Add the diced carrot, oxo cube, salt and pepper to a medium to large sized mug.
Boil the water.
Add the boiled water to the mug.
Add a little cold water if you want to cool the immediate heat.
Enjoy! This could be a very quick lunch, a snack or a starter if served in a small bowl!
