Pour boiling water into plastic bowl over cous cous, add in salt and pepper, chicken stock cube, chilli and curry powder and put cling film over it for 5 minutes, then chop up veggies and add into mixture, eat hot or leave to cool.
Quick and everyone loves it
Chicken, Peppers, Onion & Cous cous. 15mins dish!
Easy, but great for dinner parties!
