Cheap Tasty Omelette

  • 1 Onion, Sliced
  • 2 Rashers of Smoked Back Bacon
  • 5 Large Eggs
  • 75g of cheese
  • Worcestershire Sauce (to your liking)
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Some Cooking Oil

This is a great recipe and the ingredients are easily hunted on the cheap!

Wack the 'Some oil' in a frying pan and heat up on a low flame. Add the sliced onion. As that is frying slice up your bacon, toss the onion around and add the bacon (now sliced).

Beat the eggs and once the bacon has cooked through add the beaten eggs and cover the pan with a suitable plate, or whatever you have, I used a pizza dish.

Now grate your cheese up and add that over the top, replacing the covering. Leave this for 3-4 mins.

Get your grill warmed up, about 180 degrees is good. Uncover the pan and add as much Worcestershire sauce as you like, some salt and pepper too if you fancy it. Pop this into the grill until it's nicely cooked on top and you have yourself a great V'omelette. Enjoy.
