Warm Chickpea Salad/meal

Simple,cheap,veg,high in protein,3 ingredients

Ingredients

  • Canned Chickpeas
  • Napolitana/Tomato Pasta sauce that you buy in a jar
  • Spices like salt/pepper/ground chillie

Method

Drain Chickpeas from can and use as much as you would like. In a frying pan or pot, heat the chickpeas, don't burn them, add a tablespoon or so of pasta sauce and spices and your meal is ready.

    I love doing this. but I add more sauce and I just put it in a mug w/ cheese on top, and then into the mircrowave, and it actually turns out well anywayyssss
