Yum Yum Mash

Smashing Mash



  • Potatoes
  • Butter
  • Milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Mayonaisse
  • Country Herbs Spices
  • Sugar
  • Tin of Tomato & onion Relish
  • Garlic
  • Sambal Oelek
  • Green Pepper
  • Cheese Grillers


Wash potatoes and cut into smallish pieces. Boil the potatoes till soft. Drain. Add tablespoon of butter/margarine into the pot. Add salt, pepper, herbs to taste. Add a splash of milk. Beat with an electric mixer or just use a normal mashing thingy. Add a tablespoon of Mayo and mix.

While potatoes are boiling:

In a saucepan heat a little bit of olive oil and fry a teaspoon of garlic and a teaspoon of sambal oelek. Add chopped green pepper and chopped up cheese grillers. Add relish and half a teaspoon of sugar. Simmer till boiling.

Dish mash into a bowl with the sauce on top and ENJOY!!!
