Quick Fruit Smoothies

It`s a quick, healthy and easy drink.

Ingredients
- *1/2 cup of fruit (eg… Banana, apple seedless grapes etc…)
- *1-2 table spoons per person of sugar depending on your sweet tooth.
- * 1 and a 1/2 of a drinking glass of milk
- if you want you can put a slice of orange or lemon on the side of your glass to decorate.
- (tip this is really nice with some sort of cookie or cake for afternoon tea.
Instructions
Step 1: pour your milk and fruit into a blender and blend until thick and no lumps of fruit can be seen.
step 2: separate your mixture between 2-3 glasses
step 3: mix in sugar to the glasses and stir.
(if you want you can put a slice of orange or lemon on the side of your glass to decorate.)
(tip this is really nice with some sort of cookie or cake for afternoon tea.
