Quick Fruit Smoothies

It`s a quick, healthy and easy drink.

Ingredients

  • *1/2 cup of fruit (eg… Banana, apple seedless grapes etc…)
  • *1-2 table spoons per person of sugar depending on your sweet tooth.
  • * 1 and a 1/2 of a drinking glass of milk
  • if you want you can put a slice of orange or lemon on the side of your glass to decorate.
  • (tip this is really nice with some sort of cookie or cake for afternoon tea.

Instructions

  1. Step 1: pour your milk and fruit into a blender and blend until thick and no lumps of fruit can be seen.

  2. step 2: separate your mixture between 2-3 glasses

  3. step 3: mix in sugar to the glasses and stir.

  4. (if you want you can put a slice of orange or lemon on the side of your glass to decorate.)

  5. (tip this is really nice with some sort of cookie or cake for afternoon tea.
