Step 1: Cut the chicken into strips.
Step 2: slice onions into thin strips.
Step 3: add a little oil into a pan and fry off chicken and onions until cooked through.
Step 4: drain off any oil or water left in pan.
Step 5: sprinkle curry powder onto the chicken and stir through until chicken is coated.
Step 6: add the double cream to the pan and stir through.
Step 7: allow cream to reduce to a thick korma sauce.
