Step 1:

  • Cut the chicken into strips.
  • Step 2:

  • slice onions into thin strips.
  • Step 3:

  • add a little oil into a pan and fry off chicken and onions until cooked through.
  • Step 4:

  • drain off any oil or water left in pan.
  • Step 5:

  • sprinkle curry powder onto the chicken and stir through until chicken is coated.
  • Step 6:

  • add the double cream to the pan and stir through.
  • Step 7:

  • allow cream to reduce to a thick korma sauce.
  • Step 8:

  • cook rice off.
