Step 1:

  • bung the pasta in to boil (with a little salt and oil)

  • fry the onion garlic and grated courgette. (Use fry-lite as a replacement for oil if you’re calorie counting.)
  • Step 4:

  • add salt and peper to taste

  • Once you have drained the pasta, slop it in with onion, garlic and courgette. Mix in the fat free cheese. serve with grated low fat cheddar or mozzarella.
