Quick Rock Buns

Yummy rock buns! Simple and quick!

Ingredients
- 150grams self raising flour
- 75grams block margarine or butter
- 50grams caster sugar
- 1 egg
- Choose 1! –
- 50grams Chocolate Chips
- 50grams Desiccated Coconut
- 75grams dried fruit
Instructions
Sift the flour into a bowl and add the butter/block margarine.
Rub in the butter/block margarine by hand untill a breadcrumb like mixture forms.
Add the sugar and chosen ingredient (e.g. chocolate chips) and mix well.
Break the egg in a seperate bowl and mix (like scrambled eggs but dont add anything!).
Add the egg into the rest of the ingrediets (flour, sugar, etc…)
Make sure it’s a doughy mixture, then seperate into lumps, a size of you choice and place on a greased bakeing tray.
Cook for 10 – 15 minuets at 180 degrees celsius or untill golden brown.
Leave to cool, then ENJOY!!! 🙂
