Step 1:

  • Sift the flour into a bowl and add the butter/block margarine.
  • Step 2:

  • Rub in the butter/block margarine by hand untill a breadcrumb like mixture forms.
  • Step 4:

  • Add the sugar and chosen ingredient (e.g. chocolate chips) and mix well.
  • Step 6:

  • Break the egg in a seperate bowl and mix (like scrambled eggs but dont add anything!).
  • Step 8:

  • Add the egg into the rest of the ingrediets (flour, sugar, etc…)
  • Step 10:

  • Make sure it’s a doughy mixture, then seperate into lumps, a size of you choice and place on a greased bakeing tray.

  • Cook for 10 – 15 minuets at 180 degrees celsius or untill golden brown.
