Step 1:
Sift the flour into a bowl and add the butter/block margarine. Step 3:
Rub in the butter/block margarine by hand untill a breadcrumb like mixture forms. Step 5:
Add the sugar and chosen ingredient (e.g. chocolate chips) and mix well. Step 7:
Break the egg in a seperate bowl and mix (like scrambled eggs but dont add anything!). Step 9:
Add the egg into the rest of the ingrediets (flour, sugar, etc…) Step 11:
Make sure it’s a doughy mixture, then seperate into lumps, a size of you choice and place on a greased bakeing tray. Step 13:
Cook for 10 – 15 minuets at 180 degrees celsius or untill golden brown. Step 15:
Leave to cool, then ENJOY!!! 🙂
