Quick Veg Pasta Bake
Classic Pasta Bake, with easy Veg

STEP 1:
Preheat your oven to 250c.
STEP 2:
Fill your baking dish with dry Pasta, pour the sauce on top, then fill the jar with water up to the top of the label and pour that on top of the mixture.
STEP 3:
Add the ratatouille on top of that and mix it all together (messy).
STEP 4:
It might look a little odd, but trust me, it’s good once it’s cooked.
STEP 5:
Put the dish into the oven for about 20 minutes, stir the mixture (this ensures all the pasta gets cooked equally, unless you enjoy crunchy bits…)
STEP 6:
Put the dish back into the oven for another 20 minutes.
STEP 7:
Take it out, add the grated cheese on top (you may also want to add sliced tomato for a garnish).
STEP 8:
Place in the oven for a furthur 5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
STEP 9:
I have mine with Garlic toast (butter some toast and sprinkle garlic salt on top) and salad.

Now it’s cooked, if you wrap up whatever’s left, it’ll last you a few days, meaning a few days where you don’t have to cook! 🙂
