Ingredients

  • Pepper (green and red)
  • Courgette
  • Aubergine (optional)
  • 1 or 2 tins of choppedtomatoes
  • seasoning (french herbs?)
  • 1 Onion

Instructions

  1. -Chop and wash all your ingredients

  2. – cook onion in a small amount of olive/veglable oil

  3. – add chopped tomatoes

  4. – add all other veg and seasoning

  5. – cook for about 20 min, keep an eye on it and stir ocasionally

  6. – Enjoy
