Ingredients
- Pepper (green and red)
- Courgette
- Aubergine (optional)
- 1 or 2 tins of choppedtomatoes
- seasoning (french herbs?)
- 1 Onion
Instructions
-Chop and wash all your ingredients
– cook onion in a small amount of olive/veglable oil
– add chopped tomatoes
– add all other veg and seasoning
– cook for about 20 min, keep an eye on it and stir ocasionally
– Enjoy
