  • -Chop and wash all your ingredients

  • – cook onion in a small amount of olive/veglable oil

  • – add chopped tomatoes
  • Step 4:

  • – add all other veg and seasoning

  • – cook for about 20 min, keep an eye on it and stir ocasionally
