Ingredients

  • – Bag of frozen strawberries, regular size you get for your smoothies and such. (can substitute raspberries should you choose)
  • -Tub of frozen whipped topping (cool whip)
  • -Box of blue raspberry jellow (can change that too if you want)
  • -Boiling Water

Instructions

  1. Place jello mix into a big stainless steel mixing bowl, follow the back of the box with adding about 1 cup of boiling hot water from your kettle and stir the jello mix until there are no longer sugar crystals in the bottom of the bowl and it’s dissolved.

  2. Add in about 1 1/2-2 cups of frozen strawberries (they take the place of the ice cubes used for the quick set method on the back of the jello box).

  3. Then add in about 3/4 of the tub of cool whip and gently stir until everything is mixed together.

  4. Place in the fridge and let it sit for a few hours and enjoy this tasty treat!

  5. It becomes almost like a mousse and it is seriously ADDICTIVE! 🙂
