Red Bean Chili

Best chili you’ll ever eat. Serves 5-6

Ingredients
- 1 Green Bell Pepper
- 1 Yellow Onion
- Chili Powdern(Mild, Hot, or Both)
- 12-16 oz. of Tomato Sauce (depends how saucey you want it)
- 1 Can of Red Kidney Beans
- 2 lbs of lean minced beef
- Tabasco Sauce (optional)
Instructions
Cut the onion and pepper into small pieces and sautee
Cook meat in a Large pot on med-high while mashing the meat with a spatula
Once meat is cooked drain the fat from pot
Place back on stove at low temp.
Add peppers, onions, sauce, and beans
Next add 4 Tablespoons of Chili Powder (mild hot or both depending on preference)
Stir until ingredients are well mixed
Let it simmer for 1 hour, stirring every 5-10 minutes
(optional) Add Tobasco to chili for a little extra kick whilst stirring
