Refreshing Frozen Smoothie

Yummy fruit mix

Ingredients

• Mixture of fresh and frozen:
• – 80g melon
• – 6 -10 grapes
• – 10g blueberries
• – 40g pineapple
• – 1/4 apples
• 2-3 tbsp fat free strawberry yoghurt
• splash 1% milk

Add all the ingredients into the blender and blitz. Enjoy.
