Step 1:

  • Cut chicken down the side.
  • Step 2:

  • Fill the cut with sauce.
  • Step 3:

  • Wrap the bacon round it. (Ensure the meat of the bacon covers the cut)
  • Step 4:

  • Place on baking tray in non preheated oven a 250 degrees celcious for 15 minutes (Untill chicken is browned).
  • Step 5:

  • Serve on a bed of rice.
