STEP 1:

Cut chicken down the side.

STEP 2:

Fill the cut with sauce.

STEP 3:

bacon

Wrap the bacon round it. (Ensure the meat of the bacon covers the cut)

STEP 4:

Place on baking tray in non preheated oven a 250 degrees celcious for 15 minutes (Untill chicken is browned).

STEP 5:

ice
rice

Serve on a bed of rice.
