Ingredients

  • 1 Chicken Breast
  • 1 Rasher Of Bacon
  • 1tsp Reggae Reggae Sauce
  • Rice

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken down the side.

  2. Fill the cut with sauce.

  3. Wrap the bacon round it. (Ensure the meat of the bacon covers the cut)

  4. Place on baking tray in non preheated oven a 250 degrees celcious for 15 minutes (Untill chicken is browned).

  5. Serve on a bed of rice.
