Ingredients

  • Rice, refer to package details
  • small tin of tuna
  • 3 tablespoons of tomato and herb pasta sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic or 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons of margerine or butter
  • 1 teaspoon of plain flour
  • plain flour to coat balls

Instructions

  1. Cook rice as directed on packet

  2. Mix together the tomato sauce, garlic, butter, and tuna, cook on low heat, stir in tuna after a minute.

  3. Mix in rice, stir well, add one teaspoon of flour, mix well.

  4. allow mix to cool till warm, make into balls and coat with plain flour.

  5. cook in frypan at low to medium heat, turn as needed.
