Step 1:
1. Mix nutmeg and milk in a jug Step 2:
2. Place thr ice and sugar in a oven proof dish Step 3:
3. Pour the liquid over the rice dish and stir Step 4:
4. Cut up the butter into cunks and dot around the dish and stir Step 5:
5. Place the dish in the center of the oven for 30 mins at 150 degrees Step 6:
6. Take it out of the oven give it a good stir then put it back in to another 30 mins Step 7:
7. Then finally take it out once more stir and then cook for 1 hour Step 8:
(when cooked it’s should have a nice creamy skin on top and rice should be soft) Step 9:
8. Take out and serve
