Rich Chocolate Mousse
Creamy. Yummy. Rich.
Put chocolater and water in a bowl.
Microwave on defrost for 1-2 mis until mixture melts.Remove bowl and add butter.
Stir until melted and cool for 5 mins. Stir in egg yolks one at a time.
Leave to cool for 15 mins.
Meanwhile whip the cream and sugar together until soft peaks form.Reserve one third and fold the remaining whipped cream into chocolate mixture.
Divide into individual serving bowl. Chill until set. Decorate with reserved cream and chocolate flakes.
P.S. For mousse with a hint of mocha, melt the chocolate with strong black coffee instead of water.
