Roasted Ratatouille Chicken
Tasty, healthy, and impressive, this dish will taste great and make your apartment smell amazing.

STEP 1:
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
STEP 2:
Put a pan of water on the stove and boil while preparing ingredients
STEP 3:
Place all the veggies and 4 peeled garlic cloves in a large mixing bowl
STEP 4:
Drizzle with olive oil and add about a teaspoon of rosemary sprigs and some salt and pepper
STEP 5:
Using your hands mix the veggies until covered by the oil
STEP 6:
Place all the veg in a foil lined dish
STEP 7:
Cut off fatty parts of your chicken breasts
STEP 8:
Cut a slit in the breast and stuff a garlic clove in each breast
STEP 9:
Place the chicken on top of veg
STEP 10:
Drizzle with some olive oil and sprinkle with some more rosemary sprigs and ground black peppercorns
STEP 11:
Put in the oven for about 35mins
STEP 12:
Halfway through, baste the chicken in the veggies and sauce
STEP 13:
Place rice in boiling water for 10 minutes
STEP 14:
Remove veg and chicken from the oven
STEP 15:
Serve the rice, chicken, and veg together and enjoy
