Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 200g self-raising flour
- 75g butter
- 75g sugar
- 1tsp water
- baking tray
- mixing bowl
- scales ( if you haven’t weighed them out yet )
- clean hands
- knife
- serving spoon (metal)
- measuring jug
- fork
Instructions
pre-heat oven to 175 degrees C
put flour and butter into bowl
rub it between your fingers till it looks like bread crumbs
add sugar
put egg and water into jug
break yolk and whisk with a fork
add the egg mixture to the flour has comletley diapered and sticky
dollop onto baking tray
put into the oven for 15 minutes.
