Instructions

Step 1:

  • cut the two peppers in half,taking out the seeds.
  • Step 2:

  • brush with olive oil so as not too stick.
  • Step 3:

  • add the mince meat (or if using bacon fry seperatley)
  • Step 4:

  • drizzle the olive oil over and add spice of ur choice.
  • Step 5:

  • cover with tin foil and roast for an hour 🙂
  • Step 6:

  • mix cream cheese with chives and spices. spoon in to the peppers.
  • Step 7:

  • add the bacon to the mix if using that.
  • Step 8:

  • drizle oil over and sprinle with black pepper.
  • Step 9:

  • enjoy!
