Step 1: cut the two peppers in half,taking out the seeds.
Step 2: brush with olive oil so as not too stick.
Step 3: add the mince meat (or if using bacon fry seperatley)
Step 4: drizzle the olive oil over and add spice of ur choice.
Step 5: cover with tin foil and roast for an hour 🙂
Step 6: mix cream cheese with chives and spices. spoon in to the peppers.
Step 7: add the bacon to the mix if using that.
Step 8: drizle oil over and sprinle with black pepper.
