Instructions

STEP 1:

cut the two peppers in half,taking out the seeds.

STEP 2:

olive
olive oil

brush with olive oil so as not too stick.

STEP 3:

bacon

add the mince meat (or if using bacon fry seperatley)

STEP 4:

olive
olive oil

drizzle the olive oil over and add spice of ur choice.

STEP 5:

cover with tin foil and roast for an hour 🙂

STEP 6:

chive
cream
cream cheese

mix cream cheese with chives and spices. spoon in to the peppers.

STEP 7:

bacon

add the bacon to the mix if using that.

STEP 8:

drizle oil over and sprinle with black pepper.

STEP 9:

enjoy!
