Ingredients

  • 100g roasted almonds
  • 100g grated parmesan
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 350g roasted peppers
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. 1) In a food processor, pulse the almonds, parmesan and garlic clove

  2. 2) Add roast peppers, olive oil, vinegar and salt

  3. 3) Blend until smooth

  4. 4) Optional – Serve with Focaccia bread
