Ingredients
- 100g roasted almonds
- 100g grated parmesan
- 1 garlic clove
- 350g roasted peppers
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
1) In a food processor, pulse the almonds, parmesan and garlic clove
2) Add roast peppers, olive oil, vinegar and salt
3) Blend until smooth
4) Optional – Serve with Focaccia bread
