Step 1:

  • 1. peal 2 onions
  • Step 2:

  • 2.pour 1 bottel of coke in to a bid sauspan and add the onions
  • Step 3:

  • 3.put the gamon in to the coke and leve to cook for an hour NO LONGER OF WILL GO DRY
  • Step 4:

  • Step 5:

  • 4.when the gamon has cooked leve to simmer for 10-15 mins
  • Step 6:

  • 5.while simmering cook the chips and peas
  • Step 7:

  • 6. cave the gamon and serve
