Ingredients

  • Flour
  • salt
  • water
  • oil or butter

Instructions

  1. 1) place the sufficient amount of flour needed, for amount you want to make, into a bowl.

  2. 2) add salt to taste

  3. 3) add a little oil or butter to it, until it almost becomes a crumb

  4. 4) add water to the mix until it becomes a dry dough, should not be wet

  5. 5) knead it for a couple minutes, then roll it out, using rolling pin, or just stretch it with hands

  6. 6) cut or make dough into flat circles

  7. 7) oil a frying pan, place dough in, and cook until a light golden or brown colour on both sides

  8. 8) eat hot or cold!
