Step 1:

  • 1) place the sufficient amount of flour needed, for amount you want to make, into a bowl.
  • Step 2:

  • 2) add salt to taste
  • Step 3:

  • 3) add a little oil or butter to it, until it almost becomes a crumb
  • Step 4:

  • 4) add water to the mix until it becomes a dry dough, should not be wet
  • Step 5:

  • 5) knead it for a couple minutes, then roll it out, using rolling pin, or just stretch it with hands
  • Step 6:

  • 6) cut or make dough into flat circles
  • Step 7:

  • 7) oil a frying pan, place dough in, and cook until a light golden or brown colour on both sides
  • Step 8:

  • 8) eat hot or cold!
